1️⃣ Our partners hold a prestigious Kenya Coffee Cupping Certification by the Government Ministry. The exclusive blends you relish have been curated in consultation with SCA certified cuppers, guaranteeing a taste that's certified elite.
2️⃣ Originating from Nyeri County in Central Kenya, our coffee is an ensemble of the finest beans from multiple farms renowned for their exemplary cupping coffees. This ensures a taste that represents the best of Kenya. The processing methods we employ are equally rigorous. We opt for wet processing - a method that involves removing the fruit covering the coffee bean while it's still wet. This meticulous process accentuates the inherent flavors of the coffee, giving you a cup that's robust, fresh, and unmatched.
3️⃣ We're proud to partner with 72 cooperative societies across diverse Kenyan regions, representing an average of 480 passionate farmers per society. These beans, categorized into commercial and specialty based on cupping scores, journey through careful stages.
4️⃣Every bean undergoes wet processing, a method we've chosen for its ability to enhance flavor while ensuring the bean's integrity. By immersing the beans in water, impurities are effectively removed, resulting in a cleaner, richer flavor.
5️⃣Post-processing, these beans are sent to dry mills across diverse regions, given the varied origins of our coffee. They are then carefully bagged and transported to our warehouses, poised for roasting or sale as pristine green beans.
6️⃣We proudly collaborate with esteemed farmers and wet mills, including the Othaya Farmer Cooperative Society, Rumukia Farmers Cooperative Society, and Aguthi Farmers Cooperative Society. Their tireless efforts and dedication are the backbone of our premium coffee offerings.
