Here, a dedicated community of farmers works diligently, united by a singular passion: producing the world's finest coffee beans.

Every day, as the sun rises, casting a warm golden hue over the fields, the farmers start on their ritualistic journey. It begins with the seeds – handpicked to ensure only the best are sown. These seeds, carefully nurtured, are planted in rich soil, benefiting from the unique blend of minerals found in the region, thanks to the volcanic heritage of the land.

As the plants grow, the farmers tend to them with meticulous care. Every leaf is inspected, ensuring it's free from pests and disease. The position of each plant is also crucial, as they are strategically placed to receive the perfect amount of sunlight and shade, maximizing their potential.

The farmers' knowledge, passed down through generations, guides them in their daily tasks. They understand the rhythm of the land, knowing precisely when to water the plants and when to let nature take its course.

Harvest season is a time of celebration but also intense work. Only the ripest cherries are handpicked. This selective process ensures that only the highest quality beans represent Evnoia Coffee. Once picked, the cherries are wet processed, a method chosen by Evnoia for its ability to preserve the bean's intrinsic flavors.

But the journey doesn't end there. After processing, the beans are dried under the African sun, locking in the flavors that make Evnoia Coffee stand out. Finally, they are packed and sent off, ready to be transformed into the aromatic brew that coffee lovers worldwide cherish.

At the heart of Evnoia Coffee lies a vast network of farmers spread across Kenya's diverse regions. Working hand-in-hand with 72 distinct co-operative societies, our reach encompasses an impressive array of regions, each with its unique touch to the coffee produced.

Each of these co-operative societies boasts an average membership of 480 devoted farmers. These aren't just numbers but represent individual stories of dedication and commitment to the craft of coffee cultivation. Together, they form the backbone of Evnoia's supply chain, ensuring that every bean we offer is of the highest quality.
