Medium Roast

At first sip, the dominant notes are robust and bold, however very very smooth. The intrinsic brightness of Arabica is mellowed, giving way to a rich, molasses-like sweetness accompanied by nuances of dried fruits, especially figs and dates.

The finish is long, warm, and slightly spicy, reminiscent of cinnamon and clove, leaving a lingering embrace on the palate.
