For providing our services, selling goods, and operating our websites, we process some personal data.

When you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details, mainly through the inquiry form.

This is processing based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – contract negotiation or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?
If we do not engage in further cooperation, your data will be processed for at most ... since our last communication.

B. Personal Data Processing in case of purchase

If you purchase from us, we will work with the details you fill out. Mainly billing data: name, surname and address.

For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your inquiries.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – contract performance and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service provision and then since the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not forbidden us during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On what legal basis?
It allows us § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have forbidden us during the purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

II. Who will access the data?

Your data will stay with us. However, some companies or other individuals work for us, accessing the data because they help us run our e-shop.

III. What else should you know?

In our company, we do/do not have a designated data protection officer.

 

There is/is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling in our company.
